Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN or LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah for the NOC shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. As a Licensed Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to our residents with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document resident information and medication administration.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and communicate any changes in condition.
• Assist with medication management and pharmacy interactions.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the appropriate state.
• Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and CPR certification are beneficial.
• Background check clearance is required for employment.
