Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Health. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
