Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Lebanon Center. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
