Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated geriatric/long term care team at Clayton Center. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual positions available for day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and compassionate nursing care to patients/residents, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best healthcare outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
