Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Sedgewood Commons, part of Genesis HealthCare. As an LPN, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care to our patients, contribute to care planning, supervise unlicensed staff, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
