Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care and ensuring positive outcomes for patients and their families.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
