Job Description - Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Evaluate patients, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State % StateBoardOfNursing % license or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience preferably in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
