Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse at Elm Wood. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with us, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care to our patients with a focus on achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
