Job Description

Responsibilities
- Deliver effective nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
