Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Montgomeryville Center team. As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in caring for patients and residents, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients/residents while focusing on positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the team.
- Assist in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
