Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health on a full-time basis (7:00 AM-7:00 PM). As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
