Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health, a leading healthcare provider. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing LPN license or pending licensure.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
