Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. You will play a vital role in achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
