Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
- Evaluate patient conditions and report changes accordingly.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
