Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes for our patients.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required by practice state).
