Position Highlights
- Provide efficient and compassionate nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
