Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring they receive compassionate and quality care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goal-oriented patient-centered care as per care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
- Work effectively with a supportive team to promote patient well-being.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
