Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients with the support of our state-of-the-art resources and robust benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in line with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED is required.
- Must hold a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
