Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health care team at ChristianaCare. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license.
Job Types and Hours
- Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem options available.
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
- Standard shifts: Day shift, Night shift.
