Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and participating in discharge planning.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Pay and Hours
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience. Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.

Supplemental Information
