Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
