We are currently hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care in New Castle County, DE.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Hours
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.

- Supplemental schedule: Holidays, Overtime.
- Work Location: In person.
