Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. Our organization provides comprehensive Oasis-E training and offers a supportive environment to help you grow in your career. The successful candidates will deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
