Job Description
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. This is an excellent opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, working closely with a supportive leadership team. As an LPN, you will implement care plans, participate in discharge planning, and ensure that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time.
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
- Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends.
- Work Location: In person.
