Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Execute care plans that are patient-centered and align with available resources.
- Collaborate in creating discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
