Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As a member of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. You will have the opportunity to work Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem positions in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license.

Work Details
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
- Medical specialties: Geriatrics, Home Health, Pediatrics, Wound Care.
- Standard shifts: Day shift, Night shift.
- Supplemental pay types: Differential pay.
- Supplemental schedule: Holidays, Overtime.
- Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends.
