We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care and monitor patient condition.
• Assess patients, contribute to care planning, and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with current LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
