Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center! As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for our patients. This position offers evening shifts and opportunities for growth.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, report changes, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
