Job Description
Join Genesis Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be part of our dedicated team at Exeter Center in historic Exeter, NH. We are currently offering part-time positions on various shifts, providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
