Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Evening Shift at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensed practical nurse licensure or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice).
