Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Laureldale Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
