Genesis Healthcare is seeking Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Evening Shift at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
