Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, collect data, and report changes in condition
• Contribute to assessments and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
• Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
