Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and support patient well-being.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
