Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Keene Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and support positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor their condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff members.

Requirements
- Graduate from an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state-issued LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
