Position Summary
- Under the direction of an RN, provide efficient nursing care for positive clinical outcomes
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes
- Contribute to assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing school
- Current or pending state nursing licensure
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification per practice requirements
