Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
