Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services, building relationships with patients and their families, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Collaborate on care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or in the process of obtaining a license.
- Preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
