Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
