Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Ridge. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients and collect data to monitor and report on their condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification, or willing to obtain as required.
