Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an Office LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a primary care setting.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and professionalism.
• Collaborate with providers and office staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure strict patient confidentiality and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One to three years of hospital nursing or office nursing experience.
• BLS training is preferred.
