Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. In this role, you will work under the general supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to provide optimal patient care, maintain high levels of knowledge, and collaborate effectively with other staff members.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate patient care.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
• Work amicably with providers and other team members.
• Stay accessible to patients and address their needs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• BLS training preferred.
