Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our patients and residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident evaluations and develop care plans.
- Provide direct patient care with compassion and professionalism.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
- Participate in problem-solving and bedside nursing activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current state nursing license.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Commitment to upholding CDC and CMS standards for patient safety.
