Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
