Job Description
Elm Wood is currently seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
