Responsibilities

• Acquire off-market and on-market properties through established relationships and resources.
• Utilize data analysis and market trends to identify profitable opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and facilitate property transactions.
• Collaborate with an in-house team and leverage lead generation tools for successful property acquisitions.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as a 100% commission-based independent contractor.
