Join our incredible team at Lariat Lodge Brewing in the role of Line Cook Kitchen Monkey. As a pivotal part of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking a variety of food products, ensuring the highest quality output for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items using different cooking equipment.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all food products served.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station and equipment.
• Assist in food preparation during slower periods to support kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
