Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and participating in discharge planning. Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
