We are looking for experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
