Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community while implementing patient-centered care plans. Responsibilities
